Amazing Product
My four-year-old son has recently moved into a full-sized adult, pillow-top bed. He has, unfortunately, inherited his mother's bedwetting and still wets the bed on a frequent basis. While we do take preventative measures, there's always the chance that leaks can happen (which they do... frequently). This wasn't a problem with his toddler bed mattress with its waterproof coating, but it would be with this bed. I didn't want to destroy a good-quality mattress early on, so covering it with a waterproof mattress pad was the only way to go. I was unimpressed by the selection at our local Bed, Bath and Beyond, so I decided to come online. Fantastic waterproof mattress protector!
This is a fantastic product! It keeps the bed dry when my son has accidents and it is very easy to clean. Be aware that this is NOT a padded protector! If that's what you're looking for, you will be disappointed.The great thing about this protector is that it is waterproof, but also very thin. I bought 2 for my toddler's bed and can easily store the extra protector and a set of sheets for the full sized bed in a small drawer in a nightstand. I used to have one of the bulky padded protectors and had to wash it separately and it took forever to dry. Now when the sheets get wet, this is so thin that I can wash & dry the sheets and the mattress protector all in one load. Huge time saver!I'd also like to comment on the warranty. Great Product!
I have an older bed-wetter and have gone through many brands of water-proof mattress pads. This brand, by far, has been the one I like the best. The top cloth is very soft and comfortable, while the underside keeps the mattress dry, yet is not a noisy vinyl like other's I've owned. I also like that it is not bulky. I have 2 spares on hand, it's nice they don't take up a lot of storage space in the closet. Lastly, I've had covers where the underside gets stuck together from the dryer heat (even on low) yet this pad comes out in perfect shape after washing and drying (and it get's washed/dried a lot).Top notch mattress protection and comfortable.

good mattress for the price
maybe this is a futon mattress, but I got it for a twin frame, and I wouldn't have known the difference. The coils are comfortable and a bit on the "firm" side, which is fine for me.It came vacuum packed and stuffed in a cloth tube carrier, which was a bit tight and difficult to remove. Once the plastic wrap was cut (be careful not to cut the mattress), the air rushed in and the mattress popped into shape, ready to go.There is a slight "new mattress" smell, but it doesn't seem overpowering to me.I can't speak for its longevity, yet, since I just got it. But what you won't get here is a 10-year warranty or something like that, but for the price, I am willing to forego that and hope it lasts long enough. I also used the free shipping and saved quite a bit.

I bought the queen size version of this exact futon on eBay for $125. Amazon did not offer bigger sizes. I wanted more room for me to sleep and if I had company over they could share it with me. This was on my Fiancee's wish list. I purchased it from FutonFurnitures' amazon store. The item arrived quickly and in good condition. Better than I thought it would be
I purchased this as a replacement for a similar futon I purchased on ebay. The futon from ebay was $45. Because I assumed the product came from the same company, I was expecting the thickness to be the same as the one I purchased from ebay. This was not the case. The padding was thicker than my original one from ebay; though it flattens over time, you can fluff it again by opening the futon and adjusting the cotton.The outer fabric is not as strong as the one I purchased from ebay, but it is still strong enough. My futon from ebay has a canvas-like material which was extremely durable.If you do not want to spend the money on a J-Life futon, this is well worth the money.

Good replacement
Mattress is a good replacement for the original futon mattress for an Ikea full-sized futon that I acquired second-hand. It came well packaged, although some part of the tag had melted onto the fabric and took a while to peel off. Most importantly, I can no longer feel the bars when sitting on the futon as a couch. I've only had it one day, so I am unsure of the durability of this but it looks like it will last longer than the previous (a few years). Very satisfied.

Needed something for a guest who was stopping by for a day or two the most. I ordered the Full size and it's about 7" placed on carpeted floor. I tested it to make sure I wouldn't hear any complaints about soreness. I woke up feeling well rested, no constant tossing and turning to get comfortable. I would recommend getting the Queen size, and have a buddy come help lift it if your going up stairs. The FedEx lady was glad I was home to receive this mattress, should couldn't lift it.
